Weoffer FT & PT positions which are permanent positions, starting pay is\$18.50 / hr., we offer 100% paid health care insurance premiums, dentalpremiums, and vision insurance premiums, all 100% paid for FT employees!PT 30-39 hour employees are eligible for 100% paid health insurancepremiums as well. An active driver\'s license and dependable vehicle isrequired, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent. ESM offers a\$1,000 sign-on bonus for FT hires (\$500 paid after 12 days, \$500after 60 days) and \$500 for PT hires (\$250 after 12 days, \$250 after60 days).

　　We are a full service social services agency, we take care of folks withMental Health disabilities who require 24/7/365 days a year staffing, inhomes we either own or lease, so we don\'t send you to other peopleshomes, only our assisted living homes. We do our best to schedule youwithin 30 miles from where you live to work in one of our homes, we areable to do so 95% of the time based on where you live in relation to ourhomes. We provide you all of the training and certifications you willneed, at no cost to you, and as a matter of fact we pay you to receivethe training and certifications/licenses the State of Maine requires!
