　　TheDirect Support Professional (DSP)provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.

　　Foggintown is an 11-bed residence set back from the road in a quiet residential neighborhood in Brewster, NY. We are conveniently located near walking trails, restaurants, and shopping areas. The individuals who live here are a mixed group of young adults and older folks who enjoy a combination of quiet relaxation and laid-back outings. Each has a unique personality and their own way of communicating and forming relationships. Most have lived together for many years and feel like a family, but they welcome new, friendly faces. They enjoy personal attention and many benefit from hands-on assistance with personal hygiene and daily living skills. 　　A high school diploma or GED is desired. Post-high-school education in Human Services is a definite plus. An acceptable NYS driver's license and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment. Training will also include Van Certification, SCIP, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Administration certification.

　　HOURS: 38 hours weekly - Wednesday thru Friday 2p-10p, Saturday 8a-10p

　　Starting Salary: $18.44 - $20.29 per hour with additional shift differentials as applicable

　　Minimum Requirements

　　High School Diploma or GED is preferred

　　Acceptable NYS Driver's License

　　Computer skills
