　　Starting wage $15 per hour with increase possible based on relevant IDD experience.A convenient location in Schnecksville, PA (North Whitehall Township), just 4 miles north of Rt.22 on Rt. 309!40 hours per week, 1st shift, no weekends or holidays.The chance to be part of a collaborative team where you are supported and valued by your coworkers and managers.The opportunity for you to be trained and work across 2 CPS Service locations in Schnecksville and Bethlehem and/or a group of community homes in the Lehigh Valley.As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will develop relationships with adults with IDD in a day program and community settings, in order to promote their emotional, physical and personal well-being. In this caregiver role, you will:

　　Assist people in the development of appropriate life skills necessary to reach their highest level of potential including interaction with others, money management, personal hygiene, and increasing individuals independence to live their best lives.Support the individuals' preferences and ensure their interests are honored.Actively search for opportunities for those you serve to experience life in their community based on their hobbies and interests.Help people reach their goals to be more independent by offering guidance, instruction, and role modeling.Perks & Benefits at CSG:

　　Qualifications:
