Potential to earn a shift differential.Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible schedules - 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts. 2nd & 3rd shifts include weekend hours.Locations in Bethlehem, Allentown, Schnecksville, Wind Gap and other locations across Lehigh and Northampton Counties.You will be part of a team of coworkers trained and working across a group of Community Homes, In-Home & Community Based Services, and/or Community Participation Support Services.As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will develop relationships with adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability where they live, work, or in other community settings, in order to promote their emotional, physical and personal well-being. In this caregiver role, you will:

　　Qualifications:
