　　Job Summary

　　This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the Chicago, IL downtown office.

　　This position is responsible for functioning as an internal consultant and project manager in managing member communications and materials for Direct Markets (Medicare) with medium complexity. Assist the management in developing and executing communications across multi-media channels to attract and retain individual members. Additionally, this position will provide support and consulting services to internal areas in defining program and scope including target markets, goals and objectives, costs and fit with overall strategy and facilitating all stages of the internal review process.

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR five years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR Master's degree and two years of experience.Experience presenting in front of an audience and group facilitation.Experience interacting with members of multiple departments and levels.Experience leading and mentoring staff.Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends.Experience interpreting business and financial information.Experience managing multiple projects.Verbal and written communication and organization skills.Consensus building and conflict management skills.PC proficiency to include MS Office products.
