　　The MCLAUGHLIN\'S LOBSTER SHACK. is hiring 3 Dining Room Attendants towork Temporary Full time from April 1, 2024 to November 15, 2024.Worksite in Lincolnville Maine We offer 40-hour work week Wages \$15.73per hour Overtime rate \$23.60. Weekends and holidays, also lateevenings when necessary. Must be able to pick up shifts on a same daynotice when needed. The work schedule is flexible. Three Months (3)experience required. Duties include PREPARE DINING AREA -TABLESETUP-SETUP UTENSIL/NAPKIN STATION -PICKS UP ORDERS FROM WINDOW ANDDELIVERS TO GUEST: Lodging/board is available for rent. employer willuse a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Weeklycost of rent is \$110.00, including utilities. If employee chooses toaccept McLaughlin\'s Lobster Shack lodging \$110.00 (optional) will bededucted from the worker\'s paycheck weekly to cover the cost of rentand utilities. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday. All deductionsfrom the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. The employerwill provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in thefirst workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, andother related fees, including those mandated by the government(excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to theextent necessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided,or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of theemployment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportationand subsistence expenses (subsistence is \$15.46 per day minimum,without receipts, to a maximum of \$59.00 per day, with receipts) fromthe place from which the worker has come to work for the employer,whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment. Returntransportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completesthe employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
