Dining Room Attendant

　　Pay Rate:

　　The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour

　　What you'll be doing as a Dining Room Attendant:

　　Working the cash register and balancing cash receipts

　　Assist with Dining room supplies inventory control (includes making orders in advance and communicating delivery delays to the Director or Assistant

　　Assist with cleaning kitchen, dining room, and stores

　　Responsible for the care of the dining room:

　　Prepare, dispense, and sell hot and cold beverages and other foods and beverages, i.e. coffee, juices, espresso, cappuccino, and soft drinks;

　　Clean up coffee area, cash register area, service line and dining room area

　　Clean up tables, chairs and floor in the dining room

　　Fill up soft drinks, juices, and yogurt in the pastry refrigerator

　　Clean and fill condiments, i.e. salt, pepper and sugar shakers

　　Assist in other areas as needed

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

　　Job requirements:

　　Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information

　　Candidate must be outgoing, personable, vocal, energetic and willing to engage customers

　　Up-sell and sales experience preferred

　　Be comfortable working in a loud and fast pace environment efficiently

　　Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)

　　Be physically able to stand up for long hours

　　Understand customer service and hospitality

　　Work well with others

　　Pay attention to the details

　　Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)

　　Know when to get the help of a supervisor

　　Availability for the whole city duration

　　Speak English – other languages are an asset

　　Background check required
