　　Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $25 - $33 / hour . Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.The Memory Care Manager is responsible for planning and implementing a quality leisure/social events program designed to assist our Memory Care senior residents in maintaining their personal potential both physically and mentally.

Managed by Ebenezer, our community will provide independent senior living, assisted living and memory care. We offer an age-in place model, where our residents choose apartments and services based on their needs.

　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Develops program and activities reflective of Memory Care resident interests.

　　Assists with implementing and maintaining Dimensions Program best practices for Memory Care residents.

　　Assists in meeting the psychosocial needs of tenants/residents in the Memory Care community.

　　Trains and monitors work and performance of volunteers, licensed and unlicensed staff in the Memory Care community.

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　Required

　　Associate's Degree

　　Appropriate driving license for community vehicle and ability to pass MnDOT physical

　　High level communcation skills and ability to intract effectively with older adults

　　Microsoft Office knowledge

　　Preferred

　　Bachelr's Degree

　　1-3 years experience
