　　The SEAM organization integrates Safety, Environment & Asset Management activities, with a broad geographical footprint, that will support Shell’s business & assets around the world. Technical Asset Operations (TAO), which sits in SEAM, is a key enabler for the accelerated delivery of Shell’s Asset Management System and will help us to reach our ultimate potential in Chemicals and Products (C+P), Integrated Gas/Renewables and Energy Solutions (IGRES) and Upstream. TAO provides high quality and cost-competitive technical resources who are not physically present at site yet are an integral part of asset teams delivering value through end-to-end AMS work processes. TAO Teams provide technical support to MEC & other related AMS Processes. TAO teams support partners from Chemicals and Products (C+P), Integrated Gas/Renewables and Energy Solutions (IGRES), Upstream Assets, and other corporate businesses/functions of Shell. The TAO teams are located across 4 locations: Chennai, Manila, KL & Krakow.Sr Data Analyst - within Technical Reporting and Digital Integration at TAOTechnical Reporting is and will continue to be one of the fastest growing team in TAO. We have a fantastic opportunity to deliver significant value across Shell by centralizing Technical Reporting. TAO not only offers an opportunity to provide that support but also aspires to be a Trusted Advisor of Shell Assets.Value will be achieved not only by Aggregating, Optimizing & Automating reports but more through simplifying/Integrating the reports across AMS processes and co-create actionable insights in a Natural Team.As part of the technical reporting opportunity realization, Sr Data Analyst Support Digitalization Lead and OLs to lead improvement projects, ensures alignment with IDT-Data Lake Strategy and compliance with Group Data Quality Standards.As part of Digital Integration, Sr Data Analyst brings in all the Digitalization opportunities across TAO and supports a TAO Digitalization Strategy and an annual Roadmap aligned with LOB roadmap. Supports Digitalization Lead to ensure that TAO has a fit for future Digitalization foundation. Global digitalization initiatives include but not limited to Asset Information Factory (AIF); HSSE Data & Analytics Platform (DAP); Subsurface Data Universe (SDU) and AMDP. Supports DIY Initiatives, help develop an Digitalization opportunity Funnel and Tracks Value through Digitalization.Help build a unique team with hybrid technical, reporting & analytical capabilities by blending Process & IT skills not only to support the wide technical reporting portfolio but also to create a talent pipeline to TAO.-

　　Purpose & Accountabilities

　　Support Digitalization Lead to provide first level Insights/Diagnosis to relevant OMs, working Hand in hand with Integration and Insights Lead

　　Supports Digitalization Lead for TAO Digitalization Strategy-Roadmap, Data Projects and TAO Digitalization Investments

　　Supports Digitalization/Excellence Lead to facilitate the Opportunity sessions with Asset and OMs and help build a Digitalization Opportunity Funnel.

　　Provide integrated support options to businesses and functions (robust technical reporting with detailed analysis and improvement area identification)

　　Build competency and bring excellence be it Technology/Analytics to TRDI Team

　　Drive CI and contribute to TAO CI targets. Drive simplification and Integration beside Aggregation, Optimization and Automation of Technical Reporting

　　Coach, mentor and sustain capability within Technical Reporting and Digital Integration

　　Collaborate with wider teams within Operational Excellence (Data Science, Automation, DQ etc.) in deploying reporting and analysis solutions.

　　Build capable team whilst driving automation to reduce manual workload – driving 10% annual efficiency improvements. Business Dimension

　　Individual contributor, playing critical role in Integrating Technical Reports and co-creating actionable Insights Skills & Requirements

　　Learner Mindset, Strong analytical and Problem solving skills

　　Graduate or master’s degree with 7 years of IT Consulting Experience in Oil and Gas Industry.

　　Experience with Cloud Native Environment/Data Lake/ Data Science will be preferred.

　　Data, System (CMMS) and Process Integration capability

　　Understanding of Digital Twin/Unified Engineering/Proactive Technical Monitoring will be an added advantage.

　　Good Programming knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access, Visual Basic, HTML, SharePoint, and SQL/PL SQL; Power BI, Azure, data modelling

　　Experience in GSAP/Salesforce experience preferred.

　　Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to challenge and ability to build internal and external relationships based on trust and to integrate across multiple functions.

　　End to End Process Management and Continuous Improvement is the preferred skill.

　　Proven track record of complex problem solving.
