　　As the Digital Transformation SC Lead, you will lead the evolution and deployment of our SC Planning Digital Transformation program at DSM-Firmenich. Reporting to the Planning Program Director you will bring your experience in project management and coordinate/supervise the activities of our system integration partner, as well as orchestrate our internal Digital and Tech teams. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the team create amazing digital solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of planning processes, as well as experience doing relevant roles in Advanced Planning Software Implementations.

　　Your key responsibilities

　　Lead a cross-functional team (including internal and external teams) in the execution of our digital transformation program by implementing Rapid Response ( Kinaxis).

　　Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between system implementation and planning objectives.

　　Identify potential risks and report issues and develop mitigation and action plans.

　　Oversee the planning, the execution, and the delivery of the project areas you own by also monitoring the project timelines and budget control

　　Create the internal governance of your project team to ensure successful completion.

　　You bring

　　Graduate or postgraduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics or business

　　Minimum 8 years experience in Supply Chain Planning and/ or consulting.

　　Minimum 4 years experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning Solutions: Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP or others.

　　Functional knowledge in Rapid Response ( Kinaxis) is a plus.

　　Good understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning and IBP.

　　Excellent communication skills and relationship management capabilities and experience in dealing with internal and external functions as well as third parties required

　　Fluent in English
