The Masonic Home of Montana, an Assisted Living Facility seeks a Resident Care Manager, who is enthusiastic and a team player with strong leadership and communication skills to manage and coordinate all aspects of our Nursing/Resident Services Department.Duties:- Coordination and supervision of the delivery of all medically related health services- Ability to work the medication room and the floor as needed to cover staffing shortages- Ordering medication and communication with pharmacies- Working with the move in and discharge process- Responding to resident change in condition and incidents- Audits for operation of the department- Preparing various lists, forms and monthly paper work- Carries a work cell phone and takes on call status for the nursing department 24 hours a dayQualifications:- Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred- Consideration may also be given to other qualified or credentialed applicants such as:i. Certified Med Techii. Med Aideiii. Registered NurseSchedule:Monday through Friday with flexibility required as needed to meet the delivery of service to our Residents.Wage:- Licensed Practical Nurse: $29.00/hour- Registered Nurse (negotiable)_ Med.
