Position Overview:
The Coca-Cola's Summer Internship program is an 8-10 week experience at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a Digital Transformation PMO (Project Management Office) Intern to support our evolving digital initiatives. This role involves assisting project management objectives, contributing to digital strategy, supporting implementation, and driving operational efficiency. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in digital transformation projects that will prepare you for the digital workplace's future.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, managing, and implementing digital transformation projects in line with PMO guidelines and methodologies.
Support the project team in coordinating activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
Assist in the collection and creation of project documents, reports, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
Contribute to assessing and optimizing digital workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize digital project management tools to track project progress and deliverables.
Functional Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
Related Work Experience:
Assisted in coordinating project tasks, milestones, and deadlines to ensure the smooth and timely completion of projects. Also involved in communicating regular project updates to all stakeholders. A keen interest in digital technologies, project management, and business transformation.
Education Requirements:
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2024.
Compensation
$6586 per month
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
