  Job Summary

  The Digital Sales Specialist will work with digital sales specialists and other digital operations team members to support the daily operations and help drive sales for our E-commerce platform. Responsibilities include:

  Research and communicate with customers incoming account requests to ensure the person applying for the account is valid.

  Act as an inside sales representative for our various digital customer facing platforms.

  Use customer and field feedback to generate ideas and translate them into actionable enhancement items for our technology team.

  Ensure timely processing of digital orders at the branch level and provide feedback on improving the E-commerce order fulfillment process.

  Work with Digital Sales Specialists on ways to grow sales through E-commerce

  Work with our internal marketing team on in-store signage, digital presence, promotions and more.

  Qualifications

  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people both internal and external to Heritage Landscape Supply Group.

  Sense of urgency to complete tasks required and generate ROI for various digital platforms and initiatives.

  Possesses a “customer first” mentality knowing that our focus is improving the customer’s online experience which further drives sales and ROI.

  Highly organized with the ability to work multiple initiatives simultaneously all while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  Experience in the green industry a plus

  Requirements

  Proficient in common business software like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  Knowledgeable in multiple areas of product distribution including product sales, warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes.

  Understands various business and warehouse technologies like barcode scanners, warehouse management systems, order management systems and E-commerce.
