Job Description
The Digital Production Specialist will be charged with executing design projects through a variety of media in support of AGS’ product offerings. The specialist will work closely with bid managers, business development team and other senior stakeholders to visually represent ideas and messages in the development of PowerPoint decks and other visual content. You will be utilizing your knowledge of grids, typography, color, layout, iconography, imagery, and design patterns and systems to address ambiguous, complex problems and projects. It will be expected that you will work with senior stakeholders and team members to establish priority, and delivery of tasks.
Responsibilities
Create, customize, and format graphics, collateral, documents, and presentations as required for RFPs, RFIs, bids, presentations, case studies, and any other BD activity-related materials
Ensures all content, branding, and messaging utilized in a graphics capacity are current; relevant; and accurate.
Ability to own and conduct design brief workshops with business development teams including: brainstorming sessions, storyboarding/whiteboarding/wire framing, design layout examples, branding guidelines, and protocol
Oversees and reviews the submission all PowerPoint content from the bid team to ensure visual identity is adhered to
Ability to take heavy copy content into a visually appealing format (copy content, slides, images, graphics etc)
Incorporates win themes, differentiators, and value propositions into all PowerPoint collateral.
Includes RFI/RFP and proposal content, case studies, proof points, presentations/slides, and graphics
Drive creation of new presentation content based on industry trends, changes, and specific client needs
Work closely with graphic design team around the ongoing visual identity of AGS’ evolving digital media strategy
Apply knowledge of AGS service offerings to manage the upkeep of accurate slide collateral within internal libraries
Collaborate with other creative teams across AGS to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels
Support in the development of video scripts for new pursuits as well as current client renewals and expansions
Video development utilizing After Effects, Audition and Premiere Pro would be a bonus, but NOT required
Qualifications
Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
Keen eye for attention to detail.
Work well in a fast-paced, tight deadline driven environment.
Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding the brand identity for Allegis Global Solutions.
Develop easy-to-understand layouts from complex content
Expert in Microsoft Office
Ability to utilize creative suite design and video applications would be a bonus, but NOT a requirement
Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Expert knowledge of graphic production process
Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
