For our Digital Marketing department within Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Website Marketing Automation (x|f|m) in full-time in Goettingen, Germany or any other country in Europe with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis. The owner of this position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital demand generation activities across several digital marketing channels and platforms with the aim of driving lead generation and eCommerce sales. You will execute global marketing campaigns, take part in digital marketing projects, and further optimize the features of the systems you are responsible for. In close collaboration with other teams in Marketing, Product Management, Sales and IT, the owner of this position will be shaping the future with us.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Design and implement highly performing campaign landing pages and website content pages following content marketing, UX and SEO best practices
Create meaningful and relevant customer journeys across digital channels like websites, customer portal and eShops
Set up and optimize marketing automation campaigns and lead generation forms
Develop and track performance KPIs for your marketing channel and platform
Continuously monitor and optimize performance using web analytics tools, dashboards and AB testing
Participate in digital marketing projects, e.g. for the integration of acquired companies or website rollouts
Work in close cooperation with the Digital Marketing team, other Marketing teams (e.g., the Content Marketing, Strategy and Creative teams), Product Management, Sales and IT
What will convince us
Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business A dministration , Communication, or similar (alternatively similar professional experience)
First years of professional experience in digital marketing
Proficiency with enterprise WCMS and marketing automation platforms, familiarity with CRM systems and other digital marketing channels a plus
Strong analytical thinker with a passion for performance marketing
Great communication skills and ability to work in cross-cultural fast paced environments
Experience with customer centric web design, UX and SEO best practices
Industry experience in B2B, especially life sciences or complex products
Natural curiosity about innovations, technologies and trends in digital marketing, eCommerce, and marketing technology
Business fluent English spoken and written, German a plus
