Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing B2B digital marketing strategies that attract, nurture, and customers. In this role, you are responsible and accountable for optimizing SEO, web content, assets, and landing pages to support digital campaign strategies. This role leverages skills to execute inbound advertising in Google and continually optimizes for performance and reports monthly results. A strong grasp of marketing tools and strategies is a must, as well as the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaign execution.
To excel in this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will:
Set up and launch both search and display ads utilizing Google, social media platforms and an ABM platform.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.Work with content team to optimize web content, assets and landing pages that support campaigns.Maintain social media channels and create and monitor e-mail marketing sequences and workflows.Stay current with industry trends, competition, and market conditions.Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree (or higher) OR 2+ years equivalent work experience.2+ years' marketing experience, including exposure to digital, e-mail and social media marketing.Other Qualifications:
Ability to rapidly adjust strategies, directions, priorities and processes to changing needs in the work environment.Ability to manage multifaceted/interrelated projects that span own area and immediate department boundaries.Ability to communicate strategically (verbal, written, interpersonal) to achieve specific objectives (e.g., considers optimal "messaging" and timing of communication).Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels and tailor communication (e.g., content, style and medium) to diverse audiences.Intermediate experience executing and managing digital display and PPC campaigns utilizing Google ads, an ABM platform (6sense) and social media (especially LinkedIn ads).Intermediate experience using Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance.Intermediate experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool.Social media knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.Knowledge and understanding of SEO is a plus.OneNeck offers hybrid IT solutions including cloud and hosting solutions, managed services, enterprise application management, advanced IT services, hardware and local connectivity via top-tier data centers across the U.S. OneNeck's team of technology professionals manage secure, world-class, hybrid IT infrastructures and applications for businesses around the country.
