What is the job about?
The Digital Marketing & Media Managerholds the project management role of driving digital marketing and media deployment in China region based on defined marketing plan. The role has the responsibility to utilize the tactics ensuring optimal impact based on project objective. This is done in close collaboration with CBS Global Competence Center and Regional team.
Your main responsibilities :
Proactively drive lead excellence on various digital platforms (website, sCRM, SoMe, Marketo, paid media etc.) ensuring optimal customer experience across digital touch points, relevant leads and optimal processes for lead nurturing and conversion
Properly and professionally manage CBS WeChat account and WeChat Channel account following WeChat platform principle. Closely monitor WeChat performance with regular report and provide insightful analysis to increase PV and followers.
Plan and initiate search engine, social media and paid media campaigns, incl. but not limited to Baidu, Toutiao, WeChat, Google, META, LinkedIn, trade media, vertical media, etc. and track performance via ayalitics tools to ensure achievement of RoMI.
Super user for CBS webpage on grundfos.cn and grundfos.com/hk, incl. but not limited to newly create and update pages following the marketing campaigns agenda, optimization of page content and structure, etc.
Report on key performance metrics.
Participate in CBS digital communities and join cross divisional digital projects on behalf of CBS China.
Continuously explore deep-dive collaboration opportunities with trade media and vertical media for CBS presence in media channel for impression and engagement.
Evaluate and apply latest virtual and digital technologies on development of webinar, virtual training and live-streaming sessions to offer up-to-date digital customer experience.
Responsible for ensuring scaling of existing Grundfos digital platforms to meet requirements in China and CBS.
Support in other Marketing activites.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent combined with 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing role.
Strong in digital tools with ample knowledge in managing various digital platform and analytics tools.
Proven skills in evaluating and maneuvering the digital and media landscape in China within b2b.
Proven skills within project management also in global context.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders and external organizations and associations/media.
Proven experience in working internationally and following rules set out globally including working in large matrix organizations.
Proven ability in campaign performance analysis and reporting, and develop optimization plan.
Excellent communicating in English both written and verbally.
