Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms that align with our brand voice and objectives.

SEO SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Analytics Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to measure and report on campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Digital Marketing Manager

• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and CRM is required

• Extensive experience with Facebook Insights, Google Ad, and other advertisement platforms

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing

• Experience in blogging and other forms of content creation

• Proven track record in increasing brand awareness through digital marketing strategies

• Proficient in campaign planning and execution
