　　YOUR ROLE

　　Create and post original content for our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channels

　　Manage external content creators and content vendors

　　Manage activations for 10-20 hair artists and projects at any given time.

　　Our department’s Digital Leads are responsible for setting strategy and timelines.

　　Take that strategy, communicate it to the content creators, and commission content that meets business objectives.

　　Organize monthly education for these artists to learn about our product innovations from our education team.

　　Spearhead an ambassador program in which we send out periodic product mailings to 100 hairdressers who have expressed working with us, with the goal of driving Earned Media Value.

　　Continually build a diverse portfolio of partnerships and interactions to support and round out overall digital marketing efforts.

　　Our ideas to come from our knowledge of salon culture, key brands, influencers and out-of-the-box thinking.

　　Developing relationships with our contracted influencers and stepping in to help Influencer Manager when needed.

　　YOUR SKILLS

　　Must have at least 3 years of experience creating digital campaigns for a major consumer products brand (beauty experience preferred)

　　A deep and thorough knowledge of current social media landscape

　　Expertise in running influencer or content creator social campaigns

　　Cosmetology license a plus

　　The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
