For our Digital Experience team we are looking for a Team Lead

　　The purpose of this role is to support the Polish based part of our Digital Experience Hearing Team in GN IT, around 20 persons, primarily consisting of developers and test engineers. In addition to the team in Poland you will also be the line manager to one person conducting first line support and is located in the Philippines.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Daily team management incl. regular 1:1 meetings,

　　Setting objectives and personal development plans for the team members,

　　Motivating and supporting team members in their professional development and competency development,

　　Planning and controlling team resources (incl. recruitment, retention, and the good farewell),

　　Conflict resolution and problem solving,

　　Administrative assistance i.e. ordering IT equipment, invoice approval for the contractors, etc.

　　Making sure that the team runs smoothly both internal and with external partners,

　　What is required:

　　Education at Bachelor level,

　　5+ years of management experience preferably within relevant functional discipline,

　　A background in IT and/or software engineering,

　　Fluent in English, in writing and speech

　　Readiness for frequent business trips, primarily to Denmark

　　Feel confident to work in a cross-cultural and distributed environment.

　　Experience with agile development teams,

　　Practice servant leadership,

　　Budgeting experience.
