As a space systems engineer on our team, you will work with Booz Allencolleagues and the U.S. Military to develop and deploy the next generation ofresilient Missile Warning (MW), Environmental Monitoring (EM), andTactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR)capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters. Your clientwill trust you to develop Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs),Interface Control Documents (ICDs), technical assessments,verification plans, and digital mission and system models for satellitesystems and payloads. You will grow your skills by researching newrequirements, technologies, and threats and using innovative engineeringmethodologies and tools to create tomorrow's solutions.

You Have:
6+ years of experience with systems engineering
4+ years of experience with large-scale space mission and systemsengineering analysis and integration on national security space programs
2+ years of experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering tools,including Sparx EA, MagicDraw and Cameo, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
Experience with the development of technical specifications, ICDs, andintegration plans and schedules and automation or scripting in JavaScript,Python, or VTL
Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program managementfunctions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues,develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and otherstakeholders to implement recommended solutions
Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships withgovernment clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers(FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, orMathematics(STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and testingon space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next GenerationOPIR, FORGE, STSS, HBTSS, DMSP, WSF-M, and EWS
Experience with OPIR payloads, space-based weather payloads, satellitebusses, and satellite subsystems, including propulsion, thermalcontrol, power, attitude control, TT&C, communications, dataprocessing, and st
Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or IT
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, including ASEP,CSEP, or ESEP Certification
OMG Certified Systems Model Professional Certification
