As a space systems engineer on our team, you will work with Booz Allencolleagues and the U.S. Space Force to develop and deploy the next generationof resilient Missile Warning (MW), Environmental Monitoring (EM),and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR)capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters to quickly winor even prevent future wars. Your client will trust you to develop TechnicalRequirements Documents (TRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs),technical assessments, verification plans, and digital mission and systemmodels for satellite systems and payloads. You will grow your skills byresearching new requirements, technologies, and threats and usinginnovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow's solutions.

You Have:
6+ years of experience in large-scale space mission and systems engineeringand integration on national security space programs
4+ years of experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering tools,such as Sparx EA, MagicDraw/Cameo, IBM Rhapsody, or DOORS NG
1+ years of experience working with analytical tools such as MATLAB,STK, or ModelCenter
Experience with leading a team for development of technical specifications,interface control documents, and integration and test plans and schedulesfor satellite systems
Ability to comprehend complex technical problems where capabilities areaffected by technical achievability, affordability, and schedule
Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program managementfunctions in support of design reviews and requirements verification andidentify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technicalreports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implementrecommended solutions
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or computersciencefieldNice If You Have:
Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test onspace-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next GenerationOPIR, FORGE, STSS, HBTSS, DMSP, WSF-M, and EWS
Experience with OPIR payloads, space-based weather payloads, satellitebusses, and satellite subsystems including propulsion, thermal control,power, attitude control, TT&C, communications, data processing, and structures
Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02
Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE15288.2
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or computerscience field
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications, including ASEP,CSEP, or ESEP
