　　Job Description:

　　Website content management• Posts, events, Q&A management

　　• Training materials management

　　• Organize and provide trainings on user login process

　　User management• User creation, update, and user audit

　　Customer Service• Ticketing process

　　• Recording and summarizing of tickets

　　Training status analysis and training data collection

　　Communication and coordination

　　• Requirement collection

　　WordPress maintenance (optional)• System backup

　　• System update

　　• Setup of staging environment

　　• System debugging (Linux Centos)

　　Job Requirement:

　　• Ongoing Bachelor/Master studies. (computer science preferred)

　　• Advanced English language skills, CET-4 and above is required

　　• Candidate with WordPress development and maintenance experience is preferred

　　• More than 6 months internship duration. at least 2days/week
