Digital Content & UX Marketing Strategist, Easton PAGENERAL SUMMARY:The role establishes and leads holistic digital content and product marketing strategies with a focus on driving brand engagement and consumption across marketing platforms. Primary responsibilities include leading the launch of content marketing initiatives for multiple marketing channels, driving collaboration across a portfolio of activation and licensed programs, and owning the optimization of the online product showcase. This role will also lead efforts to ensure the website is current, easy to navigate, and optimized for the journey of multiple audiences.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Program MarketingEstablishes new and creative content driven marketing strategies to address business goals and meet consumer needs, leading execution with the team to deliver on initiatives.Develops comprehensive content marketing campaigns including development & management of marketing calendar, marketing briefs, QA, approval and post deployment analysis.Partners with internal & external partners to plan and conceptualize compelling and effective content programs that spans devices and channels and delivers on user requirements.Leads the development and execution of integrated 360 and data-driven digital content initiatives including landing/splash page content development, email/SMS marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events.Liaison with Digital Analyst to define key performance indicators and actively gather program & campaign analytics and performance data. Recommends program and campaign improvements and testing opportunities.Drives the product showcase strategy, optimizing the categorization and product assortment through collaboration with the Sales & Licensing team, and continuously implements tests and learns to drive conversion at retail.Collaborates with Technical SEO Lead to develop content strategies that capitalize on keyword trends, top traffic driving terms, and other opportunities to improve search visibility.UX OptimizationOversees strategy and UX for Crayola.com content: crafts, coloring pages, splash pages; driving strong on-site experience, customer acquisition and repeat visitors.Responsible for ensuring consistency of content across all digital marketing platforms.Leads the process to establish content governance and best user journey experience in collaboration with the Digital Content & UX Design Strategist.Recommends test & learn opportunities to improve site experience.Supports Site Speed optimization & Web Accessibility compliance initiatives.
