BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for providing in-region local support to enable access to the multiple digital demand channels for the regional Growth and Field teams. This role is about providing expert digital advice, creating in-region co-ordination, project management and ensure access to the most effective digital channel selection to achieve the desired growth outcome. This role acts as the local point of first contact for digital questions from, and pro-active knowledge to, regional stakeholders. Working with central ESI digital team, to then build response to brief and own project management to ensure timely delivery.
This is both a pro-active and reactive role; working alongside each of the growth and field marketing leaders to ideate cut-through campaigns and leverage the available digital channels and technology to their fullest, as well as suggesting new ways to drive demand generation and/or nurture the prospects into and through our funnel.
The successful candidate will be a skilled project and process manager with an eye for metric measurement and monitoring, but with a solid and applied digital marketing understanding at their core. Yet just at ease when required to roll up your sleeves and get things done and done quickly. Working with our marketing automation, digital, product, content and field teams you will be expected to gather and interpret digital media data points to efficiently support the build of effective campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you will know how to navigate a large, complex software and services business across country borders and internal divides, but you will also understand the urgency and accountability of 'owning the number'. You will have a strong track record across the B2B marketing mix in the support of demand generation, campaign management and activation, and be expert in bringing together different groups of people to deliver growth in the APAC region.
This position reports directly to the ESI Senior Director of Digital Demand, but will work closely with the wider organisation and marketing teams, in particular the Field marketers for each country and the ESI Digital Demand Director.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-ordination and project management of activation campaigns that utilise digital channels
Work with Growth & Field marketers to deliver cost-effective and scalable activation plans through available digital channels that deliver top of funnel demand
Work with central digital demand team and local requestor marketer to ensure top of funnel demand is nurtured effectively through campaign cycle
Monitor and optimise the lead flow lifecycle generated from campaign activation - from routing to nurturing and conversion
Creation and ownership of the Campaign Activation Plan(s)
Work with Field & Growth teams on campaign execution, specifically channel selection and post-campaign analysis for future improvements
Work with marketing ops to build campaign, lead and opportunity reporting to ensure ROI success and sharing of key performance improvement factors
Contribute to any corporate initiative as needed.
EXPERIENCE:
Extensive Knowledge of the HCM/HR/Payroll market would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of core digital demand channels required
Knowledge of Eloqua/Marketing automation capabilities an advantage
Extremely analytical and detail-oriented, with proven project management abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company (e.g. vendor and agency negotiations & management)
Requires logic and reasoning to identify strong opportunities in the win/loss and market data available
Demonstrable knowledge of B2B sales process and marketing/sales hand-offs to achieve best outcomes
Proven track record of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results
International business experience is a definite plus. Exposure to working in large, global organizations would be useful
