　　Responsibilities:

　　Diagnose and repair in accordance with factory standards.

　　Communicates with service advisor if additional work is needed, or ifrepairs cannot be completed within the promised time.

　　Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.

　　ADDITIONAL DUTIES

　　Ensures that customers\' vehicles are kept clean. Notifies serviceadvisor immediately of anything that has happened to change theappearance or condition of the vehicle.

　　Reports any safety issues immediately to management.

　　Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.

　　Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, andevents.

　　Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by thecustomer.

　　Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service workis required or recommended.

　　Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.

　　Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.

　　Other duties may be assigned.

　　CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS- preferred but not required

　　Paccar MX Certification

　　Cummins Engine Certification on ISB, ISC & ISX 2150 through 2350

　　Heating and Air Conditioning Certification for Commercial Truck

　　Manual Drive Train and Axle Certification for Auto/Light Truck

　　Brakes Certification for Medium/Heavy Truck

　　Drive Train Certification for Eaton and Meritor

　　State Emission Certification

　　State Vehicle Inspector Certification

　　Valid Driver\'s License

　　COMPENSATION

　　(based on skill level and certifications) \$50,000 - \$100,000 per year
