The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for Communications Secretary to support our government customer located in Oahu, HI.
Work sites/locations include on-site support at NCTF-RH offices, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, nearby venues, and Honolulu offices. Periodic meetings shall occur throughout Oahu. There is no anticipated travel outside of Oahu.
Normal business workdays are Monday through Friday during normal business hours, however, after hours support may be required at times. Facilitation, Training, CRI and Consent Order Public Meetings may occur outside of normal working hours.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a type-written summary of CRI meeting discussions, questions, action items, attendees list and list of any materials provided (e.g. briefings, posters, handouts) and submit via email in a Microsoft Word compatible electronic format to the government customer as a draft product.
Summaries are required no later than 24 hours following each meeting and will be subject to initial review by the government customer prior to finalization within 24 hours of receipt of government comments on the draft.
Assistant in the production, printing, and distribution of meeting materials to include flyers, posters, and handouts.
Maintain data management and reporting system to track the compliance of formal and informal RFIs, and provide support for responses to RFIs. Ensure records are entered, maintained, and track the disposition of records.
Use data management and reporting system to provide updates and ad hoc reports to stakeholders as requested.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Two years of experience performing similar work in complex environments.
Expert level capabilities with the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to support multiple priorities with varying deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have at a minimum a favorable National Agency Check (NAC).
