　　As a DevOps Specialist, you will:

　　▪ Take ownership of technology platforms

　　▪ Collaborate and understand the needs of our business lines

　　▪ Work closely with application teams, production support teams, and other horizontal services to drive, create, participate in and push for projects, tooling, initiatives and best practices on DevOps, automation, SRE and Cloud

　　Required Skills:

　　▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

　　▪ 5 years’ work experience in DevOps, software development, infrastructure support, system administration or related field

　　▪ Strong knowledge in one scripting language (e.g., Python) or at least one JVM language (e.g., Java, Scala)

　　▪ Strong Linux OS experience

　　▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Desired Skills:

　　While these are not required, we are very interested in speaking with people who have exposure to the following technologies or subjects. Do not hesitate to highlight them on your resume!

　　▪ Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems

　　▪ Any experience in enterprise monitoring or cloud observability

　　▪ Experience with Agile/DevOps network automation/orchestration tools/frameworks

　　▪ Ability to debug, optimize code and automate routine tasks

　　▪ Any experience integrating into CI/CD pipelines or migrating applications to a cloud environment

　　▪ Strong technical knowledge on PaaS, IaaS, or SaaS cloud offerings

　　▪ Hands-on technical experience designing or deploying solutions to support operations or maintain Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments

　　▪ Experience with Automation, configuration and provisioning infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation

　　▪ Any experience on automation/configuration management systems like Puppet, Chef, Ansible

　　▪ Experience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker) etc. and data streaming technologies like Spark, Kafka etc.

　　▪ Technical knowledge on container and orchestration such as Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, Docker, OpenShift

　　▪ Hands on experience with enterprise toolsets e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, BMC

　　▪ Strong knowledge of internet and networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, BGP, DN

　　▪ Understanding of NMS protocols and concepts (SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DNS, NetFlow, TACACS, Netconf, API, Jinja, Yang, YAML, XML, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, ACI)

　　▪ Understanding of NMS products for Orchestration, Alert, Incident, Problem, Capacity and Performance, Wifi, Security, and Flow Management.

　　▪ Strong understanding of security protocols, e.g., SSL/TLS, Kerberos

　　▪ Knowledge of message transport layer: e.g., MQ/CPS/XML

　　▪ Experience with ServiceNow/Autosys
