　　Belay Technologies seeks a multi-talented Multimedia Developer to join our team and play a key role in the creation of engaging and effective training modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web-based training development, proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, and a creative flair for designing interactive and visually appealing multimedia content. The Multimedia Developer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into dynamic and accessible learning experiences.

　　Responsibilities: 

　　Design and develop interactive training modules incorporating videos, animations, and multimedia elements.

　　Ensure content aligns with instructional goals and objectives.

　　Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and understand content requirements.

　　Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure alignment with learning objectives.

　　Propose and implement innovative design solutions to enhance learning experiences.

　　Maintain detailed documentation of multimedia development processes and design choices.

　　Skills Requirements: 

　　Proven experience in developing web-based training modules with multimedia content.

　　Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Animate.

　　Strong understanding of Animation and Design Principles.

　　Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

　　Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Nice to Haves: 

　　Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Web Development, or a related field (desired, but not required)

　　Video/Audio Production 

　　Camtasia

　　After Effects 

　　Premiere Pro

　　UI/UX - Experience prototyping web applications

　　JavaScript/HTML/CSS
