　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a Devops developer, you will contribute on an exceptional DevOps Engineering team. You will work in a Kubernetes based micro services environment to support our bleeding edge cloud services. This will include custom solutions, as well as open source DevOps tools (build and deploy automation, monitoring and data gathering for our software delivery pipeline). You will also be contributing to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery while increasing maturity of DevOps and agile adoption practices.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　5+ years of professional experience working as devops, being familiar with shell scripts and configuration management systems (chef, ansible, terraform,...) building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

　　2+ years of experience operating kubernetes clusters or RedHat Openshift Platform

　　2+ Experience with at least 1 cloud provider from AWS, IBMCloud, Azure or GCP.

　　Experience working with infrastructure as code with terraform

　　Has implemented and automated deployments on kubernetes using tools like helm or kustomize

　　Experience operating services of relational databases (Postgres), key-value (redis) and message systems like kafka or rabbit-mq.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience with gitops architecture and tools like ArgoCD

　　Experience developing software with golang, specially if writing kubernetes operators.

　　Experience on security and compliance, working with security scanning tools and

　　validating the software supply chain of software

　　Experience with prometheus metrics and Thanos storage

　　Experience setting up observability systems based on opentelemetry or other tools.

　　Has exposure to Open Source (adoption and contributions)
