　　Group Home Manager Community Associates, a developmental servicesprogram of CSAC, is seeking to fill a new position to manage and directthe daily functions of staffed residence for two young adults, whoexperience developmental disabilities. The manager is responsible forproviding staff supervision, ensuring 24/7 staff coverage, providingdirect service as deemed necessary, and promoting regulatory compliancethrough adequate supervision of the residents. Looking for a strongleader and committed team player well versed both in supervision anddirect service. Experience in intellectual disabilities and/or mentalhealth desirable. Tue through Sat from 10am to 6pm. Salaried full-timeposition with 40 hours. \$54K with comprehensive benefit package.
