　　One of our clients has a brand-new opportunity for a Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Raleigh, NC.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Perform, document, and maintain equipment install, move, add, and change at the request of the client

　　Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily

　　Inventory equipment on a bi-weekly basis

　　Coordinating with the designated client contact

　　Ordering and tracking parts

　　Updating and closing the incident

　　Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
