About Desktop Support Technician

  Description:

  PC refresh project. All very basic - installing application and connecting computers with a file. This person will schedule calls and schedule delivery of the hardware. Remotely work with that person to get connected, log in, install additional software and move old system to new. Send the hardware back – to handle disposal and drive wiping etc.
