My client in Knoxville, TN is seeking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team on a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity! They are seeking for candidates with the required skills below:

　　Hardware support experience

　　a. HP Laptops/Desktops/Monitors, mobile devices, etc.

　　b. Imaging and deployment exp (patching, updates, etc.)

　　c. Apple/Mac devices

　　Windows Support Experience

　　a. Windows 10 OS troubleshooting and support

　　b. O365 troubleshooting and support

　　c. Active Directory experience (creating users, group policy, OUs)

　　Customer Service Skills

　　a. this is an onsite position with in-person walk-up support as well in a professional environment.

　　b. Experience working in-person to resolve technical issues with users is required.

　　* Citrix VDI experience strongly preferred*

　　VDI provisioning and support
