Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist.Responsibilities:

　　The Desktop Support Specialist will provide comprehensive desktop support to end-users within the organization

　　Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals

　　Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Word and Excel proficiency

　　Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft operating systems and troubleshoot related problems

　　Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure

　　The Desktop Support Specialist will support and assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives

　　Travel to various offices within the Tampa Bay Area to provide on-site support as needed

　　Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role

　　Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

　　Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems

　　Experience with Legal Server is highly preferred

　　Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

　　Willingness to travel to different offices within the Tampa Bay Area

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
