Desktop Rollout Technician

　　Are you a methodical and technically inclined individual? We havemultiple openings for Desktop Rollout Techniciansto work on-site at our customer’sBaltimorelocation.

　　Responsibilitieswill encompass the seamless transfer of equipment, a meticulous inspection of received materials, and the efficient setup of new technology systems. From unpacking and installing machines to managing cables and testing connectivity, your keen eye for detail will ensure everything runs without a hitch.

　　This is an on-site position, Temporary position. From approx Mar 2024 – Nov 2024.

　　Work hours are Mon-Thur, 2:30p - 10:30p. (Training period shift times may vary to standard workday.)

　　This role is situated within a medical facility, and a current flu shot will be required.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Moving equipment from the loading dock to the staging area.

　　Examining material received

　　Verifying part numbers and checking discrepancies such as damage

　　Removing existing technology systems and replacing them with new (PCs)

　　Unpacking and setting up machines

　　Powering on the system

　　Managing cables

　　Connecting all peripherals and testing connectivity

　　Returning old equipment to designated area

　　Disposing of waste

　　Qualifications:

　　2-4 years of related experience

　　Tech Savvy and knowledgeable in technical equipment

　　Attention to detail is critical

　　Dependable, with an excellent work ethic and ability to multitask

　　Excellent communication and customer service skills

　　Able to lift up to 50 lbs

　　A clean background check required

　　Flu shot required
