Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Design-Build (DB) office is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 4 to serve as the Design-Build Liaison in Olympia, WA. This position is responsible to coordinate, develop, and provide training on approved DB topics. This position is also responsible for providing consistent direction and support to all the DB project Region offices. The Design-Build Liaison interfaces with various groups at the Headquarters Construction Office to ensure the DB Manual and tools are consistent with the policies and procedures in the WSDOT Construction Manual. The top candidate will also be the Subject Matter Expert for DB Quality Verification (QV) and the Construction Audit Tracking System (CATS) and/or its replacement system.
