　　Job Summary:

　　Development, upgrade, or maintenance of air conditioning products. Responsible for producing or maintenance design documents according to work requirement, including 3D layout, 2D drawing and product engineering database deliverables.

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Work with cross function on new product development / VAVE/ RTS projects.

　　· Lead and coordinate mechanical design work in project.

　　· Prepare layouts, sketches and detail drawings as required.

　　· Responsible for unit layout design and detail design, including 3D/2D/BOM and so on.

　　· Prepare design review documents and take part in design review meeting.

　　· Product cost analysis.

　　· Support prototype / verification unit building.

　　· Investigate and develop new technologies and build the technical knowledge base of engineering department for new and existing products

　　Qualifications:

　　· Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.

　　· At least 5+ years working experience on mechanical design, HVAC product is preferred

　　· Project Management skill

　　· Be familiar with 3D software, Creo preferred.

　　· Be familiar with sheet metal , tubing design.

　　· Knowledge of design for manufacturing and assembly and design for cost.

　　· Tolerance design, FEA is preferred.

　　· Good at communication skill in English.

　　· Good team player; could work under pressure.
