Transport Cybersecurity Services (TCS) is partnering with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) on a long-term contract, and we want you to be a part of it! The functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate support of national security. TCS will provide innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA mission.
CACI is searching for a Deputy Program Manager to plan, execute, and grow contract initiatives that meet or exceed National Geospatial Intelligence requirements.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Lead a complex, multi-disciplined program to deliver mission-critical support within the IC Community
Assist the Program Manager in managing the day-to-day technical operations of the program
Collaborate with stakeholders to build a strategic roadmap, and introduce innovations and recommendations to maintain up-to-date environments
Utilize Program Management experience to optimize resource productivity, and create a customer-centric organization
Work with PMO and other program leadership to improve program attrition
Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality
Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members
Maintain daily coordination with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract-related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.
Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively
Coordinate resolution of production-related problems
Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI United States Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Business, Financial, Management, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, or IT-related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 18 years of related work experience
At least 5 years experience managing a service-type, performance-based contract with a value over $50M per year or $500M in total contract value over the PoP.
NGA Program Management Experience.
Experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multi-disciplinary staff (100 person or more) of various levels
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing KPIs
Demonstrated experience in implementing managed services approach in a multiple-service provider, multi-subcontractor environment.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel.
Demonstrated experience presenting briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience with management of NGA or IC Information Technology Enterprise (ITE) contracts.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Demonstrated experience as a SME in a technical discipline (Cyber or Network Transport preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing IDIQ programs with multiple active task orders using various contract types.
Demonstrated experience assisting in managing programs delivering technologically complex transport and/or cybersecurity solutions.
An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification, or equivalent at the time of proposal submission.
