Summary of Role
This position will report to the Director, Commercial Operations and be responsible for managing the sales Operations team and driving key commercial processes. This is a key role that would require working closely with Sales Region Heads, Business Finance, Product Line and End Market teams to own the critical sales operations business processes like the end-to-end delivery of the Design Wins and ensure that the CCO org can successfully deliver to the commercial targets.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage the sales operations team.
Own the end-to-end delivery of the Design Win process including target alignment, gap closure, DWIN award approval process and ensuring successful achievement of enterprise Design Win target.
Own the Funnel Review process, funnel operations and delivery: Work collaboratively with Sales Region Heads, Product Line team and End Market teams to ensure that GF has a healthy pipeline of Design Win Opportunities that are aligned to our business requirements.
Program manage monthly DWR, TOR and NWR regional review process, issue escalations as needed and provide executive take-aways on a quarterly basis.
Overhaul the Sales training Program based on the new Product Line structure and ensure that the competency of the CCO organization continues to increase in measured metrics.
Refine and be responsible for the regional and executive Account reviews for all the top tier accounts.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of Industry experience with 5+ Years of experience in the semiconductor Industry .
Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Engineering
Conduct and to direct analysis of large datasets.
Conduct and to direct financial analysis and interpret results.
Effectively Communicate at the C-Suite level.
Travel Requirements: Less than 10%

Semiconductor Foundry experience
MBA in Finance or Management
Expected Salary Range
$111,200.00 - $210,100.00
