Responsibilities:
Coordinates resources for daily assignments and coordinates work schedules to provide coverage for employee paid time off and key activities.
Distributes work to maintain departmental work flow and desk coverage for an assigned area.
Supervises the department function and resources in the absence of the manager.
Participates on project teams to build competency around specific department tools and methods for organizational performance improvement.
Conducts quality monitoring by providing training, recommending improved processes and maintaining documented processes and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.Certifications:
Based on department/Institute need, caregiver may be required possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain automobile insurance coverage.Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience:
Minimum three years of experience in similar role, which includes the coordination of multiple tasks.
Some leadership or experience providing work direction helpful.
Offset: Associate's degree and two years of experience.
Offset: Bachelor's degree and one year of experience.
Leadership experience in a manager or supervisor role preferred.
Inventory management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $17.25
Maximum hourly: $26.31
