[Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures by handing them instruments and materials- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies- Take dental x-rays as directed by the dentist- Perform basic laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models, fabricating temporary crowns, night guards, and taking impressions- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental procedures or surgery- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation as necessary[Experience:- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant preferred- Proficient in dental assisting techniques, including aseptic technique, patient assessment, and dental receptionist duties- Must be radiology and ICE certified- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality[Skills:- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Knowledge of pediatric dental assisting techniques is desirable[Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.[Job Type: Full-time[Salary: From $24.00 per hour[Benefits:]{helvetica",sans-serif"=""}]{helvetica",sans-serif"=""}]{helvetica",sans-serif"=""}]{helvetica",sans-serif"=""}]{helvetica",sans-serif"=""}]{helvetica",sans-serif"=""}]{helvetica",sans-serif"=""}
