　　The Job:

　　As a Demand Planning Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team as a hybrid employee. In this role you’ll get to:

　　Manage demand planning team members located in multiple locations across the U.S.

　　Lead the team in use of the JDA forecasting system to develop and maintain statistical forecasts.

　　Support the team in the implementation of SAP IBP forecasting system.

　　Collaborate with Sales, Channel Marketing, and the Customer to enhance the statistical baseline with Promotional, New Product and recent POS trending information.

　　Align the Long-Term forecast with Product Management growth expectations.

　　The Person:

　　BS Degree or equivalent experience.

　　6+ years Supply Chain, Forecasting, or Business experience. At least 3 years of management.

　　Knowledge of JDA and SAP BW software preferred.

　　eCommerce experience a plus.
