Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

ResponsibilitiesThe Delivery Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver and merchandise orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

Manage a group of 20-40 driversAnswer Field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer serviceEnsure store delivery time windows are met dailyWork proactively with sales representatives and warehouse operations to understand the needs of the customers and sales forceCoach, lead and develop delivery drivers to support the sales organization and improve daily productivity via gate-to-gate route rides twice a week, minimumMaintain process improvement to further enhance productivity of delivery departmentEnsure compliance of PBC safety standardsConduct team meetings and safety training to ensure that preventive measures are enforcedDemonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal skillsPossess strong organizational and prioritizing skillsHave a highly developed sense of urgencyDemonstrated results in improving business performance through leadershipCompensation and Benefits:- The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement- In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings (4am-6am start), evenings and/or weekends.- Work week will be Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Friday- Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States- Must have a valid driver's license- Safe driving record strongly preferred
