　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　The Delivery Manager directs and manages the daily activities, client communications, internal operational compliance and overall execution of Promontory engagements that assist our clients in meeting and exceeding regulatory expectations in AML, BSA, OFAC sanctions and other areas relevant to today's heightened regulatory climate. This position provides leadership and coaching to Team Leads and Analysts, ensuring production objectives and performance standards are met against client deliverables.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Undergraduate degree or applicable years of experience in business, accounting, or finance.

　　At least 5 years of experience within the financial services industry with AML experience.

　　Experience directing and managing the daily activities of staff responsible for investigative compliance reviews that assist our clients in meeting and exceeding regulatory expectations in AML, BSA, OFAC sanctions and other areas relevant to today's heightened regulatory climate.

　　Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced, high intensity, high demand, and deadline-driven environment.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Graduate degree preferred.

　　ACAMS Certification a strong plus.

　　2-3 years experience with regulatory compliance a plus.

　　Experience with profit and loss management.

　　Strong project management skills and the ability to proactively manage multiple/changing priorities and deadlines.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
