　　Serve as brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service whiledelivering customer orders to the home. Drive a company delivery vehicleshowing safe, efficient driving behavior and following Kroger s drivingstandards. Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty,integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

　　DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Provide excellent customer service while delivering orders to the customerAct as a brand ambassador when discussing Kroger s Seamless Experience anddelivery process with customersEnsure a high degree of professionalism and personal presentation wheninteracting with customersDrive a company vehicle safely and in accordance to Kroger's drivingstandardsEnsure customer orders are delivered on time and in good condition,resolving any issues that may occurMaintain customer communication while in route to inform them of any issuesor changes to their delivery in adherence with Kroger delivery standardsControl and maintain an accurate record of customer deliveriesAssist fellow drivers that may encounter difficulties while out deliveringEnsure that goods are kept within the correct temperature guidelines;monitor and record temperatures to follow food health and safety regulationsHandle product safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines;record any serious breakages or contamination issues and report to supervisorComplete pre-inspections check of company vehicle before use and report anydefects to supervisorOperate company provided technology devices for mapping and customerinteractionMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with orwithout reasonable accommodationDELIVERY DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

　　Minimum- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Must annually pass a DOT regulated medical exam- Must be at least 21 years old- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation- Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device- Must have a good driving record

　　Desired- High School Diploma or GED- Any delivery driver experience- Any customer service experience
