Introduction

　　As a Delivery Consultant in IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will work hands-on with clients who leverage our cutting-edge Automation services to help them achieve their business goals. You'll assist our customers orchestrate, automate, monitor, and manage their middleware systems. Using your deep technical and networking skills, you will be part of the Automation Delivery team tasked with helping our clients implement, migrate, upgrade and manage their environments.

　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　You will be responsible for:

　　Developing, building, and delivering technical solutions to customers based on IBM Automation and Middleware technologies with a focus on WebSphere, Liberty, MQ, etc.

　　Work on installation, configuration and upgrade of IBM products like Business Automation Workflow, ECM, MQ, etc.

　　Support customer for problem identification and resolution

　　Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Automation and Middleware technologies

　　Being seen as a subject matter expert in Cloud Paks to customers and colleagues

　　Identify and assist in the leveraging of new, potential areas of technology and/or industry which should be of interest to Automation which will generate revenue.

　　Be aware and willing to coach both internal and external stakeholders around key developments in IBM Automation technologies

　　Supporting client advocacy practices within Expert Labs (such as client success stories, references and NPS)

　　Making all your customers successful whilst achieving key metrics for yourself and Expert Labs

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

　　Experience in working in a team environment to deliver assignments/projects.

　　Programming skills in Java, J2EE, Servlet, EJB, WebServis, XML, Rest, Spring, Nodejs, SQL

　　Practical experience on WebSphere, Liberty, MQ and ECM

　　Good knowledge about Linux, Unix systems

　　Good knowledge of Cloud architecture such as Containers, Kubernetes, Openshift and Devops Methodology

　　Experienced in integration technologies and methodologies.

　　Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices in delivering IT projects.

　　Good communication skills to articulate challenges and solutions in a client environment. in delivering IT projects.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Hands-on experience with IBM Application Server and Message Broker tools, like WebSphere, Liberty, IBM MQ

　　Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture design, documentation, and best practices
