Description

　　Our client, a civil litigation law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a permanent full-time Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join their team. Representing healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals, typical duties will include peer reviews, discovery, answering complaints, depositions, attending hearings, reviewing medical records, etc. Though this firm does not go to trial often, responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation support including trial preparation, defense strategy development, discovery planning and responses, motion work, deposition attendance, and court appearances. 　　Requirements

　　Ability to meet or exceed 1,800 billable hours annually

　　GA licensed attorney

　　2-6+ years of medical malpractice defense or similar litigation experience

　　Defense litigation experience
