　　Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 5pm

　　Pay Rate: $25 - $30

　　Help with new employee onboarding

　　·          Following up on contractor packet signatures

　　·          Assisting with the badging process

　　·          Site tours

　　·          Submitting/following up with computer and system access

　　·          Locker submissions

　　·          Bringing into passdowns on first day

　　Safety

　　·          Ensure daily safety practices

　　·          Proper PPE usage

　　·          Respirator FIT Tests

　　·          Document and report safety incidents

　　·          PPE audits & inventory

　　Spot checking employees at passdowns & work areas

　　·          Day/Night attendance spot checks

　　·          Attendance tracking

　　Weekly meetings

　　·          Attend bi-weekly morning meeting

　　·          Attend weekly customer meeting w/ Ops Manager

　　Weekly reports

　　·          Attendance and timecard adjustments

　　·          Team issues and concerns

　　·          Spot checks/ Audits (toolbox & PPE)  

　　Requirements:

　　Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment

　　Proficient Microsoft Office Suite 

　　Semiconductor fab experience preferred

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques

　　Local candidates only

　　Can lift up to 35lbs frequently throughout shift

　　Can accommodate sitting/standing/extensive walking throughout daily shift
