The deck carpenter will work closely with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality results and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and excellent craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Create deck plans and designs based on client requirements

Construct decks using various materials

Install support beams, joists, and decking boards

Ensure decks are structurally sound and meet safety standards

Repair and replace damaged or worn-out deck components

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Be able to take accurate measurements

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in deck construction

General Liability Preferred

Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Reliable transportation and own set of tools

Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
